For 25 years Redwood Veterinary Hospital has successfully achieved accreditation
by the American Animal Hospital Association (A.A.H.A). This accreditation requires regular on-site
evaluations based on the highest standards in veterinary medicine, and puts us in an elite group of only 110 hospitals,
throughout the United States and Canada, that have achieved this honor for 25 years or more.
Even the best veterinary health care is of no value if you can't get an appointment. For your convenience,
we are open 7 days a week and many days until 7 pm!

Ever wonder what breeds are really in your mixed breed dog? Redwood Veterinary Hospital now offers a simple blood test that will help you understand you dog’s breed lineage. The Wisdom Panel, by a company called Mars Veterinary, is a genetic analysis that detects the genetic markers of over 130 different American Kennel Club (AKC) recognized breeds. The customized report details the breeds found in your dog and provides historical background, physical traits of those dog breeds, as well as common breed associated behaviors.
